Is the apartment catalog included?

This plan opens property cards found through your link or photos. Browsing the full catalog requires separate access. Market analytics are free.

When do alerts arrive?

After the service processes a new listing that matches your saved filters. Delivery is not instant and does not guarantee you will find a property before others.

Can I renew early?

Yes. Paid days are added to the remaining access period of each tool separately. Expiry dates may differ and are shown in your account. There are no automatic charges.

What do I need to start?

A verified email account and a personal Telegram account. After payment, open your workspace, connect the bot and set up your searches. To prepare a post, start with an SS.ge or MyHome link.
