Flatsearch

Duplicate-free apartment search

Pilot launch

A working list of matches, not market noise

One apartment can be published dozens of times. Flatsearch groups those listings, shows the real number of options, and helps you keep search decisions organized.

  • MyHome and SS.ge listings in one catalog
  • matching repeated listings by stable signals; district, floor, and building are only supporting signals
  • price, availability, and your decision history

Market analytics

The current analytics snapshot is being prepared. The catalog itself continues updating separately.

Aggregated market metrics will appear here without phones, user notes, or individual apartment cards.

In the workspace

From the market to a shortlist

The main job of the service is to reduce repeat work, not to promise what cannot be confirmed from a listing.

1

Set conditions

Price, rooms, area, district, and available amenities. For incomplete fields, the interface warns that results may shrink.

2

View objects

Each card is one apartment. Inside it are photos, prices, and links from different listings.

3

Choose a contact

If a likely owner is found, it is shown first. Otherwise you can open a convenient agency or source listing.

4

Do not lose decisions

Save a match, mark a call, viewing, or rejection reason. Notes stay in the workspace; when enabled, extra Telegram notifications about new matches are available.
