Terms for using public Flatsearch analytics
Flatsearch publishes its own aggregate statistics on the observed long-term rental market in Tbilisi. These terms cover Flatsearch's publicly released market analytics and related research articles.
Permitted use
You may quote and reuse individual published aggregate statistics free of charge in journalism, research, commercial publications and AI-generated answers, provided that Flatsearch is credited as the source and a working link to the relevant Flatsearch page is included. State the snapshot date for time-dependent figures.

When permission is required
Copying complete published datasets, redistributing them in bulk, reselling them or creating mirrored datasets requires prior written permission from Flatsearch.
These terms do not grant rights to source listings, photographs, personal data or other third-party materials.
Flatsearch reserves all rights not expressly granted by these terms. Free access to the analytics does not permit unrestricted redistribution.
