Flatsearch's first public plan provides duplicate-free search for long-term apartment rentals in Tbilisi for 50 GEL per 30 days. There is no automatic renewal.

The user is responsible for verifying the final price, property availability, listing author, and legal terms of the transaction.

The service can show signals and data from open sources, but is not a party to the real-estate deal.

Owner, availability, and listing-lifetime signals are supporting inferences from observed supply, not a guarantee of a completed transaction.
