Refund policy

Refund and dispute conditions for digital access.

A refund request may be submitted within 14 calendar days after payment and must include the account email and order number.

For a duplicate charge or when access was not provided because of a technical error, the verified amount is refunded in full. In other cases, the operator considers the digital access already provided.

The decision and refund method are confirmed after checking the order number, TBC status, and internal payment events. The response is sent to the account email.
